Application Process and Approval
The scholarship application should be completed by the prospective beneficiary (not by any other person unless the beneficiary is physically unable), and submitted to the Trustee(s) who will:
- Thoroughly review the application for eligibility and accuracy.
- Approve or deny the application.
- Communicate the decision to the applicant.
- Make the appropriate scholarship payment to the beneficiary.
Once a scholarship is given, a period of at least three months must elapse before a post high school student will be eligible for another scholarship in the next calendar year. In other words, a second scholarship application in any given calendar year during the months of October, November, and December cannot be processed until February, March, and April, respectively.
A new application must be completed for each scholarship request.
The Trustee(s) will strive to review, process, and approve applications within 30 days of receipt.
